Refund policy

At our store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase from our Bedding, Feeding, Grooming, Toys, or Accessories collections, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to make your shopping experience worry-free.

Returns:
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Personalized or opened items may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
